Current Group Show

My husband, James, and I are very excited to both have work on show this month for a group show at the Trails End Art Association in Gearhart, OR.

I am showing two new woven pieces from my series on Friendship - Love - Loss. I'm so proud of this ongoing series and am looking forward to developing these themes further in new pieces.

James has two of his stereographic panoramic photographs of the redwoods and the Mojave preserve in the show. You can see more of his work on his website.

The Trails End opening reception and art walk are tomorrow, Saturday Sept. 7th, from 2-5pm. Unfortunately, we can't be there due to previous plans, but the art walk is always good fun and a great opportunity to meet people active in the coast art community. There is a lot of great work on show from new members of the association.

We will be hitting the road tomorrow for a juried photography show opening at the Emerald Art Center in Springfield, Oregon. James has work in the show so we decided to make a little getaway out of going to the reception. If you're in Springfield the Emerald Art Center reception is 7-9pm tomorrow evening - come on by and check out some new photography from across the country.
